Critical Safety Warning: Never configure, adjust, or interact with FuelSync while operating a motor vehicle or motorcycle. Always safely park your vehicle off the roadway before entering refueling logs, scanning receipts, or joining Tour Intercom rooms.
You agree that you bear sole legal and physical responsibility for safe vehicle operation, obeying traffic regulations, and maintaining situational awareness at all times.
2. Tour Intercom & Radio Disclaimer
Tour Intercom is an experimental peer-to-peer audio mesh protocol transmitting over local device radio frequencies (Wi-Fi Direct and Bluetooth). Range, sound quality, and connectivity vary based on physical terrain, helmet hardware, and atmospheric interference.
Tour Intercom is designed for recreational communication among touring groups and must not be relied upon as an emergency or life-safety communications device.
3. Offline Storage & Backup Responsibility
Because FuelSync is engineered as a 100% offline-first application without cloud synchronisation servers, all database entries, odometer logs, and receipt scans reside exclusively on your physical device.
Onest Tech is not responsible for data loss caused by device failure, operating system upgrades, storage corruption, or device loss. Users are encouraged to periodically create backups using the in-app export tools.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, software architecture, branding, user interface designs, and source code of FuelSync belong exclusively to Onest Tech.
